Richmond, VA. VMFA Wedding
Lindsay and Jason were married at Saint James Episcopal Church in Richmond, Va. and had their reception at the beautiful Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Lindsay and Jason met at a concert when their two groups of friends met up at the show. It was a simple hello, and then a few years later their paths crossed again. At that point, they exchanged phone numbers and after a few weeks met up for a drink and in Lindsay’s words they’ve “been together ever since”. Their engagement story was magical! Jason is typically a go with the flow kind of guy, but in this case, he planned a wonderful day of surprises for Lindsay. You read that right! It was an entire DAY of surprises including a chauffeur in a limo taking her from place to place with a grand ending at the place they shared their first Valentines Day dinner. How epic is that?!?
On their wedding day, we started at the Omni in downtown Richmond in a penthouse suite for details and getting ready. They had a first look and portraits at the Virginia State Capitol building. They were both so happy to see one another and spend the day together. Jason’s jaw almost hit the floor. I don’t blame him, Lindsay was stunning! They were so laid back, and enjoyed their day to the fullest.
Lindsay & Jason, thank you so much for inviting me to spend your wedding day with you. Being a small part of your day was so special to me, and I’m so thankful for you! Congrats again, and enjoy married life!
Also, a special thank you to all of the amazing vendors who made their day happen!
